remove the provider argument from custom-model snapshot construction now that aliases are intentionally out of scope
add regression coverage for a custom opus model alongside the built-in claude-opus-4-8

Why

Provider aliases are a convenience for selecting built-in models, but custom model identifiers belong to the configured endpoint. Expanding a custom opus identifier to claude-opus-4-8 caused the settings UI to report that it was already built in, and the web/server model builders could also drop it as a duplicate.

Custom identifiers now preserve their exact trimmed value. Built-in alias resolution remains unchanged, and exact duplicate custom slugs are still deduplicated.

UI Changes

No visual layout or styling changes. This only changes validation and selection behavior for custom model identifiers.

Custom model identifiers are now trimmed only and no longer run through provider alias maps (e.g. custom opus stays opus instead of becoming claude-opus-4-8).

Adds normalizeCustomModelSlug in shared model helpers and wires it through settings UI, web model option building, and server providerModelsFromSettings. Built-in selection still uses normalizeModelSlug with aliases unchanged. providerModelsFromSettings drops the provider driver argument because custom slugs no longer need a driver for normalization.

Regression tests cover a custom slug that collides with a built-in alias appearing alongside the built-in model in lists and resolving correctly when selected.

Introduces normalizeCustomModelSlug in packages/shared/src/model.ts that trims a slug without applying provider-specific alias expansion, contrasting with the existing normalizeModelSlug.
Removes the provider argument from providerModelsFromSettings and normalizeCustomModelSlugs, switching all custom model normalization to trim-only across server providers (Claude, Cursor, Grok, OpenCode) and the web settings UI.
Custom model slugs that happen to match a provider alias are now stored and resolved as the user typed them, rather than being silently rewritten.
Behavioral Change: any existing custom slug that was previously expanded to an alias (e.g. claude-3-5-sonnet → a canonical slug) will now be stored verbatim; users with affected slugs may need to re-enter them if routing relied on the expanded form.
